Writer's picture: Jamila Juma-WareJamila Juma-Ware

A vintage staple – the French 75 is a World War 1 speciality, born out of the infamous Harry’s New York Bar in Paris. Traditionally topped with champagne, our Tailors twist takes on our part Italian heritage with a dash of our finest prosecco.

One part Tailors Gin

Dash of Cointreau

Juice of one quarter fresh lemon

Dash of gomme

Shaken with ice & poured into a champagne saucer

Top with Prosecco or Champagne and garnish with a curl of lemon zest
